Order
info & Prices:
- Custom Clock: $299.99 (quantity discounts at 10, 25, 50,
100, 500, 1,000)
- Art Fee: There is a one-time Art work fee of $55 (one-time
fee if you do not make changes in the art work, of course)
- European Electric Fee: 220 volt 50 cycle clock movement
$7.00 per clock.
- Clock Price Includes Neon Colors: Red,
White, Blue, Gold, Turquoise, Pink, Green, Magenta, Purple, Yellow.

- For the most precise rendering of your logo on your clock, we
would like electronic art work that is crisp, and in a TIF or high
resolution JPG file.
- If sending a hard copy, should be an original with full
color separations and the PMS color key somewhere on the artwork.
- If you are sending a disc or zip disk the artwork should be PC
(IBM) compatible and when it is being saved on disc, should be saved
as an EPS (Encapsulated Post-Script) file.

- Clocks come with a 1-year manufacturer Warranty from date of
invoiced purchase.
- Breakage is not covered under warranty. Insurance from
carrier covers breakage during shipment.
All Clocks are shipped insured, it is customer's
responsibility to make damage claims with shipping company.
- Return Policy:
- Clocks must be inspected immediately for any damage accruing
during shipment. If damaged, return to original packaging
and contact shipping company, then Digital Quill to arrange for
replacement.
- Stock clocks only-25% restocking fee only on completely
undamaged product. Shipping and Handling charges are
customer's responsibility, as is shipping insurance. Clock
must reach manufacturer in undamaged condition.
